We bill hourly and our current rates are $485 an hour for attorney Micklin’s time, $395 an hour for associate’s time and $195 an hour for paralegal and support staff.

We take a standard retainer and maintain it in escrow like a security deposit. It is not applied to invoices and is not replenished throughout. Instead, it is maintained as a separate entry and it’s either applied to the final bill or returned to the client when the final bill is paid and the matter is closed.

We invoice clients on the 15th and last day of every month. Invoices are due immediately but there is a four-day grace period. After the grace period, late fees are applied.
